Today’s tutorial is about how to draw a tank, Tank is military equipment or vehicle. Tanks are armed with large guns and protect soldiers inside them with bulletproof bodies. It has large chains in the place of wheels to travel on the terrain.
In 1900 it came into existence and became part of world war I. During the time of world war II many comic books depicted it against superheroes. Tanks are also one of the oldest 2d video games.
Tanks are very different in shape and sizes, still have a few same basic feature as body, barrel, and road wheel. They are very powerful, look extra big and intimidating. We will learn to draw it from the side view and angled view.

How to draw a cartoon Tank for kids :
Step 1: Draw a quadrilateral for the body of the tank.
Step 2: Draw an antenna from the left side of the body and a flattened rectangle over the top and a curve on the right side as shown in the image.
Step 3: Draw Gun of the tank from the right of the tank and a broader rectangle on the top of it.
Step 4: Start drawing the road wheel below the tank by drawing a rectangle with 2 lines in it and a straight line as shown in the image.
Step 5: Then 2 tilted lines below the body of the tank and draw a boat shape below it, refer image given below.
Step 6: Double the line drawn in the last step and a quadrilateral at the top.
Step 7: Start drawing round wheels, firstly a small one and then bigger than it.
Step 8: Draw 2 more similar size of wheels.
Step 9: Draw another last 2 wheels, again big and one large.
Step 10: Your tank is ready, color it with olive green or with your imagination.
Draw a Tank step by step with background:
Step 1: Draw an angled quadrilateral body.
Step 2: From the left side draw another quadrilateral, as shown in the image.
Step 3: Draw outline for the lower body part.
Step 4: Divide the lower body part into 4 parts, as in the image below.
Step 5: Draw 3 horizontal lines in the lower body, refer to the image.
Step 6: Draw road wheels, larger in front and smaller at end.
Step 7: On the of the tank draw turret.
Step 8: Draw a cylindrical barrel and outline the surrounding.
Step 9: Color your drawing accordingly with marker or sketch pens.

Coloring Tip: Color your tank with military green color, if you don’t have one then color it with dark green and shade it with brown to form dust on it. Mixing crayons are easier than pencil color.
