How to Draw Wings
Step 1: In the very first step we will draw the upper wings outline of the wings. Draw similar and opposite 2 outlines.

How to Draw Angel wings
Step 1: Draw a pentagon, divide it in 2 equal part,s and draw 2 curves upward and downward.
Step 2: From the lowest point of the upward curve, draw wavy lines moving upward then downward as shown in the image for the wings.
Step 3: Start drawing the feather of wings with help of a cylindrical curve on the outline drawn in step 2.
Step 4: Draw the 2nd row of feathers comparatively longer than the first step.
Step 5: Draw the 3rd row of feather a little more elongated and shifting outward, as shown in the image below.
Step 6: This will be the last row of feathers more elongated from the last drawn feathers.
Step 7: Contour the wings and outline it with black color.
Draw wings with heart:
You can also draw wings attached from the heart in a very easy and simple way just by following given instructions with images. This wing is in the upward direction opposite to the above-drawn wing.
