How to draw squirrel:
Step 1: Measuring the body shape of squirrel draw the outline for the body with help of a rounded oval and a small oval for the head.
Step 2: We will draw the neck in this step, use 2 curved lines to attach the head and body of this cute animal. From the top of the body draw a big curved line to depict the tail.
Step 3: Start depicting legs with the help of a curved line attached with a straight line or a 2 shape. we will also draw the front leg using 2 curved lines.
Step 4: Complete the forelimbs and front limbs using the simple lines and palms for the squirrel.
Step 5: Draw a curve to complete the tails and the ears on the top of the head. Finish the snout in the front of the head.
Step 6: Draw round eyes and finish the palm and toes fingers.
Step 7: Shape the back with the curved line on the back of the tail. Also, finish the nose and forehead.
Step 8: Draw hairs all over the body in random directions, draw whiskers with very fine lines near the mouth. Darken the eyes, and outline border.
Step 9: Erase outlines and draw small strokes all over the outline to give it a hairy look.
How to draw a cartoon squirrel:
Step 1: Draw 3 attached curves and extend the line downward and join it again forming a curve. It will become a cloud-like shape, above this draw a big curve, and the outline of the head is ready.
Step 2: From the right side of the head draw a curved line, draw the front limb with the help of 2 simple lines.
Step 3: From the limbs draw a pear shape with an open top and pointed at below, refer to the image given below.
Step 4: Draw 2 pointed ears on the top and a mane in between 2 ears using series of curved lines.
Step 5: Draw 2 big eyes and draw round pupil inside with a bright sparkling spot. Draw lashes at the corner of the eyes.
Step 6: Draw the cute flat nose, 2 curved lines followed with square teeth below to them, and a curved line depicting the tongue inside it.
Step 7: Draw an acorn in its hand, draw 2 parallel lines and a pointed oval below it with a stalk on top.
Step 8: Draw a long fluffy tail at the back and give a few other details.
Step 9: Color your squirrel using shades of brown and dark brown, outline with dark black color.
