How to draw a sonic step by step:
Step 1: Begin your sketch with 2 circles that are side by side, one large for the head and one small for the body. Add a curved line for facial feature outline as shown below.
Step 2: Draw 2 pair of parallel lines for legs, also indicate line for hands.
Step 3: Draw shoe shape at bottom of legs, sonic has oversized shoes, refer to the picture given below.
Step 4: Above the head draw a curvy line with another curvy line encircling it in a pointed shape. Draw also a curve with 2 long lines above it making a finger, For rather hand draw a large curve and an oval nose.
Step 5: Draw other fingers by a curved line in both hands, draw a small circle in the stomach. Draw a bean shape connected to the nose.
Step 6: Draw 2 pointed triangular ears, and a flattened m shape within the mouth. Draw 2 additional steps of hair with those curvy pointed lines.
Step 7: Complete the eyes with a pupil within it, a dot on the nose, and a triangle in the ear. Also, draw a little line in the mouth for a smiley face and complete the shoes as demonstrated below.
Step 8: Your drawing is complete, you can now contour.
Step 9: Detail, shape your sketch, and describe the outline of the outer contour.
How to draw a sonic for kids:
Step 1: Draw a banana with a dot on the top of it, draw a line inside it.
Step 2: Above it draw m shape with 2 big dots with pupils, this will represent the eyes with the eyebrows above it.
Step 3: Draw hairs using curved lines from the left eyes, add 2 ears on the hair, and one inside it.
Step 4: Draw right hand from below the mouth with a pointed index finger.
Step 5: Draw a circle beside the mouth, draw a curved line connecting the hand to the circle below. Lengthen the hairs with 2 more steps.
Step 6: Draw the left arm using curved parallel lines, and also draw the hand at the end.
Step 7: Draw 2 pair of parallel lines to show the legs of your sonic.
Step 8: Draw shoes underneath to it as shown below.
Step 9: Draw a second pair of shoes on the second leg.
Step 10: Make colors to your sonic, let all the parts be blue apart from that stomach, mouth, and shoes. Paint shoes red color.
