How to draw a floating Duck for kids:
Step 1: Draw a straight line to the left of the paper.
Step 2: Draw a curvy line from the right end of the line meeting toward the left.
Step 3: Draw a curve above the line forming a shape like 2, refer the image given below.
Step 4: Draw one more curve starting from the head and parallel to step 2. Draw pointed figure on back, outline of the duck is completed.
Step 5: At the bottom draw wavy lines showing water.
Step 6: At front of the head draw pointed fat beak having middle line.

How to draw a flying realistic Duck:
Step 1: Begin your drawing with 2 ovals a small and large one.
Step 2: Sketch neck between the 2 ovals with simple lines, and add 2 lines upwards for the wings guide.
Step 3: Sketch the wings with curvy lines, remember we are sketching open wings. Also, sketch the outline for forelegs on the lower part of the body. Sketch a pointed beak at the front.
Step 4: begin adding feathers to the wings creating conical structures on the outside. Draw the back with the tip end, add eyes and outline the leg.
Step 5: underneath the first layer of a feather draw another layer with smaller feathers, also add feathers on the back.
Step 6: Place random feathers on the entire body and other details. Draw an outline for your drawing using a pencil and counter accordingly. Place clouds in the sky and random lines on the feather and body.
